1st Shift Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on optical, mechanical, electrical and fluidics Equipment
- Use mechanical, optical and fluidics knowledge to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues, as they arise
- Perform basic computer/software troubleshooting
- Work in a team environment to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Work with engineers and assist them to execute controlled experiments to address equipment-related yield and quality issues and drives implementation of solutions in a production environment to meet production goals
- On Day/night shift, provide maintenance and process support to a high volume manufacturing organization
- Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures or instructions
- Ability to execute complex assignment and provide in-depth technical knowledge to resolve problem and recommend solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in high volume manufacturing environment preferred
- Working experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices industries would be an advantage
- Candidate has experience with optical/mechanical/electrical and fluidic systems
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) would be a plus
